We will handle refunds and cancellations per basis with the objective of satisfying the customer. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers and to deal fairly and reasonably.
There are no refunds available for monthly memberships however you can cancel at anytime to stop future payments. For annual memberships paid in full, within 30 calendar days of the invoice purchase, you may request a refund for the remaining period by emailing customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not issue refunds for change of mind. If you decide the Creative Life Circle isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime by contacting us at email@example.com.
Canceling prevents your payment from being charged any future month. (example: If you cancel sometime in November, you will not be charged in December. You’ll continue to be able to access through the last day your subscription expires. Upon cancelling, you will not have future access to future or current classes. Regular monthly (or annual) membership charges will continue until you chose to cancel. Annual memberships are non-refundable and can be cancelled at anytime. We handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 14 days notice for any cancellations.
